School Board

Our School Board is an important component of Glendale Primary School. They validate and guide our direction as we seek to provide the very best educational setting for our students. Over the last three years our Board has been supported by a very committed group of parent representatives who take their roles very seriously in supporting and advising on behalf of all parents at Glendale. Three of these members have seen out their periods of time on the Board and we thank Andrea Shilkin, Matt Gill and Gavin Sturdy for their commitment.

Therefore three positions have opened and we now seek interested parents to join our School Board.

Your Commitment—the Board meets 1 to 2 times per term with the job of reviewing and validating the programs and policies we run at Glendale Primary School.

Your Role—as a member you are required to share information and canvas opinions from parents within our school community and represent their views in our discussions.

How do you apply—simply complete an expression of interest form, which is available from our front office. If we have more interested parties than positions, an election process will apply.

Interested persons who require more information can contact myself or any of the current members of the School Board for further information or clarification.

Please consider this request and if you are interested, please take the time to apply. Expressions of Interest will close Friday 23 February.
